A 7-minute walk from Bungotakeda Station. On the corner of a street retaining its old charm, the Italian restaurantkana’s kitchen on the first floor is a popular spot that draws people not only from the local area but from all over Oita. The entrance to this "Takeda Machi Hotel" is a small door tucked away in a corner of it. Open the door and a staircase stretches upwards.

Takeda's meat, vegetables, and water are all delicious!
Although it's a small kitchen, it's fully equipped with cooking utensils, and seasonings are also available for borrowing. Takeda's ingredients are so good that you can create a superb meal just by grilling or steaming them.

Dyeing myself in the colours of the castle town, I'll try making matcha.
Takeda, being a castle town, has a thriving tea culture. We offer matcha as a welcome drink along with traditional Japanese sweets from a long-established local confectionery shop (excluding the single occupancy plan). We also have coffee ground fresh and specialty Japanese black tea. Additionally, as an optional extra, we offer a "Takeda Morning Set Meal (served in a tiered box)" for breakfast.
